Another great Mexican Restaurant in the SC upstate! We have probably tried at least 20 different Mexican restaurants in the area, so our standards have become pretty high for this kind of food. Cancun did not disappoint. The prices (especially at lunch) are very reasonable and the food is pretty typical of any of the good Mexican restaurants around. The restaurant is small and family owned, and the service is friendly and fast, just as you would expect.
What impressed me most and was an upgrade from most Mexican restaurants in the area was actually the kids menu! While they had all of the typical choices (enchilada, taco, burrito), the kids menu also offered smaller versions of meals like pollo fundido and steak with cheesy rice! My kids were thrilled at the expanded choices and the portions were very generous for a $4.25 kids meal!
When we are up that way again, I'm sure we will be back at Cancun :) -

Great family friendly restaurant it's small but has delicious fresh food . You get your monies worth. Reasonably priced. Clean place , friendly staff.
If you come before 6:00 there's no wait. But if you come at 7:00 or after there's usually a wait! But well worth the wait! It's a small family owed Mexican restaurant here locally in Piedmont close to exit 35.
If you haven't been yet! Come out and taste the food .. fresh ! You won't be disappointed! -

We checked this place out and have grown to like it. It's a close-knit place so be prepared to converse with your neighbor, but it's not a bad place to do so. The owner (Elmer) and the staff are super friendly. The food is always really fresh and the portions are spot on! My favorite dish is the poblanos- peppers are sometimes unpredictable but the quest stuffing helps soothe the bite or spice. My husband always likes to get the Cancun grill which includes steamed veggies and chicken over rice. Love the mango margarita or the strawberry is good too. Good food, good service and good environment make for a positive experience

THE best Mexican cuisine that you will ever have! I absolutely love this place. I love the staff. They are always so friendly and kind. Elmer is the man! I will eat here many, many more times over the years. I love Cancun!

Prices are mmmh. Margaritas and food are "watered" down. Compare fresh, 100% juice to generic store brand and THIS is what you find at Cancun's. Even the chips are paper-thin! Won't be back!
